Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

These terms govern your use of Egg Drop Commando, provided by Headstrong Group LLC (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game. If you are not old enough to enter into this agreement where you live, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf. You must also meet the requirements of the store and any third-party services you use.

2. Your license and our ownership

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the game for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the applicable store rules. The game is licensed to you, not sold as an ownership interest in its software or content.

Headstrong Group LLC and its licensors retain ownership of the game’s software, artwork, audio, names, and other intellectual property. You may not sell, redistribute, commercially exploit, or remove ownership notices from the game without permission, except where applicable law allows it.

Third-party software and fonts are governed by their respective licenses, available on our Credits & Licenses page. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you under those licenses.

3. Google Play and third-party services

The Android game is distributed through Google Play. Downloads, accounts, payment processing, and some features are also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service, Google Terms of Service, and any additional terms Google presents for Play Games, payments, or advertising. These terms do not replace your agreements with Google.

Google Play, Play Games Services, AdMob, and other services reached through advertisements or links are operated by their respective providers. Their availability, account requirements, and policies may change. We do not control third-party content or guarantee that every service will be available on every device or in every region.

4. In-app purchases and virtual items

The game offers an optional Ad Free purchase through Google Play Billing. The store displays the applicable price, currency, and purchase information before you confirm. You are responsible for authorizing purchases and managing access to your device and store account. A cancelled, failed, or pending payment does not grant the purchase benefit; a completed purchase must be verified.

Purchases and refund requests are subject to Google Play’s refund policies and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes a refund or other remedy you are legally entitled to.

In-game coins are earned through gameplay and can be spent on available maps, cosmetics, kits, and supplies. These items are for use within the game, have no cash redemption value, and are not transferable outside the game. Single-run supplies are consumed when used. The shop describes the applicable item and coin cost.

5. The permanent Ad Free upgrade

Ad Free is a one-time, non-consumable purchase, not a subscription. Once ownership is verified, it removes interstitial and rewarded advertisements and automatically doubles the coins earned from completed runs, without requiring you to watch an ad. It does not automatically unlock every map or item.

The entitlement is associated with the Google Play account that owns the purchase. Use Restore Purchases in the Ad Free panel with the appropriate store account. The game also checks ownership at startup and when returning to the foreground. A verified receipt can keep the benefit available offline, but a fresh installation or cleared app storage needs a successful online store check to restore it.

Ad Free ownership is separate from local progress and cloud saves. A successful store check showing that the purchase is no longer owned, such as after a refund or revocation, can remove the entitlement. “Permanent” means the purchase does not expire on a subscription schedule; it does not promise that the game or Google’s services will operate forever.

6. Advertising and optional rewards

Without a verified Ad Free entitlement, the game may show interstitial ads between runs. You can choose to watch a rewarded ad to double a completed run’s coin reward. The bonus is granted after the advertising service confirms that the reward was earned. Closing early, unavailable ads, or a service failure may mean no bonus is granted; the run’s base coin reward remains.

Ad availability and content depend on Google and its advertising services. An offer to watch an ad is not a guarantee that an ad will load or a reward will be available. You do not need to click an advertisement or purchase an advertised product to earn the in-game reward.

7. Local progress and cloud saves

The game saves progress and preferences on your device. Clearing app storage, uninstalling, or losing access to that device can remove local progress. Google Play Games cloud saving is available only where the game’s service configuration, your account, and connectivity support it. Local play does not require successful cloud sign-in.

When active, cloud saving can synchronize career progress, unlocks, inventory, and map records. It does not save an unfinished run, audio preferences, or proof of Ad Free ownership. Sign-in may occur automatically under your Google Play Games settings; Menu → Google Play · Sync Progress allows a retry.

Conflicting saves may require you to choose which progress to keep or decide later. Choosing one can replace another version; coin balances from different saves are not simply added together. Synchronization can be delayed or fail. Do not assume an offline change has reached the cloud before clearing data or changing devices. We cannot guarantee recovery of lost or overwritten progress.

8. Fair use and prohibited misuse

Use the game and its services lawfully. Do not interfere with their operation, exploit payment or reward systems, submit fraudulent purchase claims, bypass license or security protections, introduce malicious code, or infringe other people’s rights. Do not reverse engineer or modify the game to defeat these restrictions, except to the extent permitted by applicable law. Use of automated tools to abuse ads, rewards, or online services is prohibited.

9. Updates and availability

We may update the game to fix problems, adjust gameplay or balance, change content, or maintain compatibility. Updates may be needed for online features. We may change or discontinue features or support, subject to applicable law and rights relating to purchases.

The game and connected services may be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems, device limitations, or changes made by third-party providers. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, support for every device, or preservation of every save across all future versions.

10. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or other implied warranties. This does not exclude any warranty or guarantee that the law does not allow us to exclude.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Headstrong Group LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from use of or inability to use the game or connected services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Stopping use and termination

You may stop using and uninstall the game at any time. Uninstalling does not automatically delete Google-held information or request a purchase refund. See the Privacy Policy for data controls.

We may terminate your license or restrict services we control if you materially breach these terms, subject to applicable law. Provisions concerning ownership, permitted limitations of liability, and other provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the game or applicable requirements change. We will post the current version at this URL and update its effective date. Additional notice or agreement will be provided where required by law. If you do not agree to updated terms, you should stop using the game; this does not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
